Services begin only after a written quote is accepted. Fees quoted cover the defined scope; changes in scope are quoted separately before work continues.
02Client responsibilities
Timely, accurate and complete information and documents. Filings are prepared from information provided; the client remains responsible for its correctness.
03Website content & tools
Articles and calculators are educational and indicative, not professional advice for your specific case. Verify outcomes with a qualified professional before acting.
04Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for consequences of delayed or incorrect information provided to us, or portal/government downtime.
05Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Nagpur have exclusive jurisdiction.
